The team announced it will host the New England Patriots for joint practices from Aug. 16-17 ahead of their Aug. 19 preseason matchup at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles will also travel to Florham Park for a two-day workout with the Jets from Aug. 24-25 before their Aug. 27 preseason finale.

Head coach Nick Sirianni will get to test his offense against Patriots head coach Bill Belichick’s defense and Jets head coach Robert Saleh’s defense. The work against other teams could help the Eagles’ front office and coaching staff to evaluate their roster better this summer.
